Over the past two decades, Peter has been among a select group of experts in resort real estate marketing. His strength comes in putting cohesive, industry-specific teams together that have driven success in extremely diverse and complex markets. In 2011, Peter founded Publicus Community, which has been quick to rise to national prominence, specializing in strategic marketing for real estate developments, destinations and the hospitality industry. Peter has worked with hundreds of notable high-profile projects in the US, Latin America, and the Caribbean, helping clients generate billions in sales revenue. Prior to Publicus, Peter served as a Senior Marketing Manager for IMI Worldwide Properties. He sits on a number of advisory boards and is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), the American Advertising Federation (AAF), and has directed multiple grant campaigns for non-profit organizations.

Chris brings more than 30 years of senior management experience working domestically and abroad to his role as a Business Development Strategist for Real Living Productions. Leveraging significant leadership and broad industry experience, Chris leads ongoing corporate strategy development, strategic marketing, product marketing and corporate communications functions. Chris’ teams are responsible for generating programs that increase demand for all Real Living Productions services, assessing and targeting key customer segments, and building the company’s brand and customer awareness. Prior to Real Living Productions, Chris was VP or Marketing at IMI Worldwide Properties. Where he and his teams were responsible for the launch and marketing strategies of over 100 real estate projects that resulted to billions in sales across the US, Latin America and the Caribbean.

With over 10 years of experience in steering robust marketing campaigns, Hilary specializes in driving growth for luxury real estate developments, homebuilding companies, and travel brands. Driven by a relationship-centric approach, Hilary believes in developing empathetic partnerships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are at the center of every strategic decision in her role as the Business Development Director at Real Living Productions.
Hilary’s marketing experience in the industry is proven by her accomplishments at a top brokerage, affiliated by Christie’s International Real Estate, in Park City, UT. Next, she significantly increased revenue during her five year tenure as the Marketing Director at Red Ledges, a private development located minutes from Park City. During her time at Red Ledges, she sat on the Board of Directors for the Heber City Chamber of Commerce – one of the fastest growing counties in America. Hilary’s relocation to Oregon in 2022, prompted her to join one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest homebuilding companies, Hayden Homes. With her homebuilding background, and an analytical approach, Hilary managed the digital marketing strategy to drive innovation, and execute profitable business solutions.
As part of the Real Living Productions team, Hilary enthusiastically provides clients with bespoke marketing solutions that enhance customer engagement, cultivating strategic growth, and boosting sales.

Rich has a keen eye for content across a variety of mediums and brings a unique perspective to our Real Living Productions team. Prior to joining us he worked in video production at the PGA TOUR for more than a decade, and his invaluable experience as a storyteller serves him well in planning and executing our social media strategy. Rich also contributes to our email marketing and business development efforts as well. Born and raised in North Carolina, he is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and now lives in Raleigh.

SENIOR ART DIRECTOR
Jordan Griffith Callaway
Passion is perhaps the best word that describes Jordan, whether it applies to Alabama football or designing award-winning work for clients. Upon earning her degree in Graphic Design she worked with a number of luxury resort real estate clients at IMI Worldwide Properties, a sales and marketing leader in premier real estate destinations. She has an eye for capturing the essence of each property and creating designs that engage the target audience. At Real Living Productions, she oversees the branding and design for a number of our luxury communities and resort destinations.

Technology Solutions Director
Russ has over a decade of experience managing and directing database and technology applications for highly regarded companies in the luxury resort real estate industry. Russ is currently focused on training, deployment, and management of customer relationship management systems for the RLP family. He is dedicated to cutting-edge technical solutions with extensive knowledge of data management, coding languages and streamlining business processes. Additionally, Russ has contributed to sales, marketing and administration across many states and countries on behalf of his employers.
Russ received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Clemson University and furthered his education with post-graduate work focusing in Data Analytics with the University of North Carolina Kegler – Flagler School of Business.
He currently resides in Los Cabos, Mexico with his Wife Paulina and their two dogs, Dexter and Bono.
Born and raised in New York, Jack has been helping premier real estate and hospitality brands drive leads that convert to customers for more than two decades. He has a deep understanding of the luxury market and the triggers that drive sales. In addition to starting his own company, Jack has worked at Erwin-Penland and IMI, an international industry leader in luxury real estate and resort marketing. Jack’s strengths lie in bringing to life conceptual design ideas that resonate deeply with specific audiences, across both traditional and digital media. He is particularly adept in creating user-friendly online experiences that engage prospects and convert customers.

Emily is a true brand nurturer. She is an experienced, multidisciplinary designer, specializing in integrative visual approaches that are designed to build brand awareness and spur tangible business growth. She is highly strategic and has an extensive background working with luxury real estate and high-end resort properties—both national and international. Emily gained high-volume agency experience at McKinney Durham and has also partnered with a variety of marketing companies and creative boutiques over the years. She is equally skilled at both print and digital design/production.

He has extensive experience working with luxury resorts, high-end real estate communities, technology companies, dentists, attorneys, schools, state parks, local government events, non-profits, worldwide e-commerce stores, and distribution companies. His work was even featured in the HBO Film Mary and Martha starring Hillary Swank.

He has worked side-by-side with a variety of sales teams in the hospitality and real estate industries to help drive quality leads and conversions. Gilman is highly strategic. His true passion is creating and implementing both traditional and digital marketing materials that help companies build awareness and attain sustainable growth.

With over 15 years of experience, Travis has a knack for creating and maintaining websites as well as custom online applications. His focus includes custom websites, CMS and LMS development, MySQL database management, as well as programming and distribution of email blasts.

Branding and Communication Strategist
Karen took her experience as a big ad agency creative director on national and international brands and turned it into a focus on luxury resorts, outdoor sporting clubs and ranches, conservation and environmental organizations. She and Real Living Productions have partnered on a number of marketing projects related to luxury lodges and the hospitality industry. Karen has promoted US and international destinations – fly-fishing and wing shooting lodges, big-game hunting and dude ranches, group adventures, getaways, and eco tours. Working closely with organizations committed to ecosystem and habitat restoration, environmental conservation and nonprofits, she understands those challenges. She loves to work with clients whose business interests dovetail with her own passions, allowing work that mixes business with pleasure.

Sarah is fundamental to the day-to-day operations at Real Living Productions. She manages and coordinates schedules and makes sure all deadlines are met on time. Essentially, she keeps everyone on track. From a logistical standpoint, she ensures that the creative and account teams work in harmony to meet and exceed the expectations of clients—often in a very fast-paced environment. She has more than a decade of experience in the advertising and marketing industries across multiple disciplines–both traditional and digital—as well as proven expertise in Project Management, Account Management, and Digital Systems Management.

Justin can take something as complex and involved as web development and make it seem easy. He is relationship-oriented and works well with clients in a wide cross-section of industries to create optimized online experiences.

Nicole is a proud Michigan State University graduate. She is a born organizer and people person. She has been working with large, multi-million dollar accounts for two decades, across a variety of industries, including: resort, real estate, automotive, military and government. She is an ideal liaison between the client and marketing team, expediting the workflow of large campaigns that combine both traditional and digital marketing initiatives. She has a wealth of knowledge in senior-level account management, as well as hands-on experience overseeing photo/video production shoots and events.

Lauren Newton is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and has been making her way in the world of luxury real estate marketing since 2006. She began her career at The Reserve at Lake Keowee in South Carolina and spent nearly a decade there “cutting her teeth” and learning nearly every aspect of master-planned community development, private club operations, real estate sales and marketing. From there she has had the privilege of working with many other top-tier private communities and resorts, applying her knowledge, experiences, and creativity across the United States and internationally by working with resort and real estate clients in the Caribbean and Latin America.
Self-proclaimed jack-of-all-trades (and master of getting it done!), Lauren’s multifaceted skillset includes marketing strategy, creative direction, project management, media buying, copywriting, and graphic design. Her versatility is complemented by a can-do attitude, resourceful nature, and eye for detail, bringing a wholistic view to each job and an intimate understanding of each client’s needs.

Nell Gray is a recent graduate of Texas Christian University, where she double majored in Graphic Design and Fashion Merchandising. It is there she gained immeasurable experience and cultivated her aptitude for graphic art.
