The campaign is a collaboration between Real Living Productions and AMS Hospitality, Marriott and Waypoint Resort Real Estate Sales.

Real Living Productions was invited to create a strategic marketing campaign that met the development team’s expectations of luxury worthy of their brand name and the sales team’s needs for lead generation and nurturing purposes.

Real Living Productions began by designing and developing an interactive website that highlights the property’s location and amenities.

Perhaps the most unique aspect of this site is the Residential Selection Map — which allows users to explore the different buildings and floor plans. – AtaraDesertColorResidences.com.

The website includes an advanced landing page optimized for lead generation through digital advertising efforts. Prospects are presented with multiple opportunities to share their information — and in return they will receive the community’s digital brochure.

Real Living Productions has seen great effectiveness in generating qualified leads by catering to online prospect’s desire for more relevant information. The prospects are then added to Atara’s CRM and contacted regularly with updates about progress at the property.
