Resort real estate marketing firm Real Living Productions was recently announced as the Agency of Record for Latitude Margaritaville International Lake Chapala. This is the first international residential community established under the iconic Margaritaville brand.
Latitude Margaritaville International Lake Chapala is a 55 and better community designed for residents inspired by the relaxed lifestyle made famous by the Margaritaville brand, and its famed ambassador and founder, Jimmy Buffett.
Located in the town of Lake Chapala, Mexico (approximately 40 miles from Guadalajara), Latitude Margaritaville International Lake Chapala is already generating substantial buzz.
