Real Living Productions has been named the Agency of Record for Pendry Residences Barbados. The property is scheduled to open in 2025 and is gaining significant attention in the branded residential space.
Located on the northwest coast of Barbados, the property offers just 46 residences overlooking a private 111-berth marina. Owners will enjoy exclusive access to the marina and Marina Club, Residential Lounge for dining and craft cocktails, along with a host of Pendry resort services. Ownership starts at £2.2M.
“The Barbados market has been a location where we have had success in the past. It is unique in the Caribbean in its prime attraction from the UK/EU market and the Canadian market,” said Peter Dayot, Managing Director of Real Living Productions.
