Work from Real Living Productions is being recognized for marketing excellence by the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association (HSMAI) at the annual Adrian Awards Celebration at the New York Marriott Marquis in February, 2024.
Two integrated campaigns were recognized. A campaign for Atara Desert Color was awarded a President’s Silver while an integrated campaign for St. Regis Resort & Residences in Cap Cana took home a President’s Bronze.

Utilized interactive collateral to generate interest and nurture a prospects to make a buying decision. Materials included online landing pages, digital brochures, videos, fly-thru property renderings and a website with a dynamic and intuitive Interactive Residential Selection Map. The campaign directly resulted in 11,000 visitors to the landing page and $35 million in sales reservations.
The St. Regis Resort & Residences, Cap Cana campaign...
Consisted of a series highly curated, targeted online banner and search ads, leading to 48,000 visitors to a dynamic landing page, and resulting in approximately $28 million in sales.
The work from Real Living was chosen from among 12,000 entries at The Adrian Awards, recognizing hospitality brands and agencies for creativity and innovation in advertising, digital, public relations/communications, and integrated campaigns. In addition to recent success at The Adrian Awards, Real Living Productions has won 25 Addy Awards since 2020 in sales.
