PROJECT CHALLENGE
Real Living Productions collaborated with Atara’s developers and on-site sales team to direct the pre-development marketing of their branded residential offering. All leading up to a reservation program for potential buyers. Within an extremely short timeframe (5 months), Real Living Productions was invited to shake up the marketing strategy in order to rejuvenate the existing brand and assets, generate quality leads, and nurture leads through the reservation process– leading up to Atara’s launch selection event.


STRATEGIC SOLUTION
The Real Living Productions strategy included the design and development of crucial creative assets needed for reservation launch event. Cornerstone collateral pieces included: a custom website with an interactive floor plan selection map showcasing each available related to residence, and high-conversion lead generation landing pages.

Real Living Productions then harnessed cutting-edge animated rendering technology to create a fly-through rendering of the property and the interior’s of a residence.
Lead generation campaigns were based on Real Living Productions’ expertise in “instant-gratification” marketing. This process uses websites, landing pages and other collateral, but limits the information about the project. These campaigns only release information after receiving contact information from interested prospects. Once a prospect fills out a form, they then receive a digital brochure with further information regarding the property.

Real Living Productions understands that the most important step is supporting the sales team. Our team built CRM platforms and provided weekly reports that allowed the sales team, development team and leadership to monitor every step of the client engagement thru the sales cycle. This lead to a highly accurate understanding of the database and which prospects were most likely to buy during the reservation process.
