PROJECT CHALLENGE

The Salato Residences are under construction in the heart of Pompano Beach. Surrounded by a host of residential options that are already on the market.

Creating a brand from scratch and generating pre-development sales for a project that won’t be complete for 2 years poses many challenges.

How do we position the project as a unique offering, that is so special — that it’s worthy of buyers waiting multiple years before they can move-in ?

STRATEGIC SOLUTION

With projects like Salato, Real Living Productions focuses on selling the vision. By inviting prospects to be a part of the construction experience — prospects connect with the brand and the developers more intimately.  

Initial buyers, known as “Founders” get back stage access to the project’s renderings, and so much more.  These prospects are regularly invited to event experiences hosted by Salato that allows opportunities to meet others who could be neighbors, and even talk one-on-one with architects, interior designers and the visionaries behind the property. 

The Floor Plan Selector Map has revolutionized user engagement and accessibility for real estate websites. Real Living Productions is a pioneer in this practice.

Our rendering artists create ultra-realistic renderings of the buildings. This buildings are then overlayed with a highlighting functionality that allows for prospects to identify each residence and “Click” to view the floor plan on any floor in any building.  

 

For prospects — it gives a better perspective for the question of “what is available?”

For the real estate sales team — they can better identify a prospect’s most desired residences — allowing the sales team to better approach clients.

Real Living Productions honed-in on prospects in the Florida market with aggressive lead generation email campaigns. Known as “whisper campaigns,” this outreach strategy specifically targets prospects with a sense of exclusivity and anticipation for upcoming limited real estate releases at Salato. These e-blasts sent prospects to the release-specific landing pages offering exclusive information regarding the property. Visitors access this information by simply providing their contact information.
