The resort is the first five-star branded resort in Cap Cana. Their 67 luxury residences are complemented by beautiful surroundings, renowned customer service, and bespoke amenities.

PROJECT CHALLENGE

The Residences at St. Regis Cap Cana are synonymous with premier living. Real Living Productions was invited to create a branding and online campaign worthy of the St. Regis residences among an affluent Caribbean resort and residential market. Like many campaigns at Real Living Productions, the marketing strategy and execution began during the construction of the residences. Our aim was to market the residences during the initial Phase 1 pre-sale. Further, it was necessary for all marketing materials, including the website, to be bilingual to accommodate buyers across North and South America along with European prospects.

STRATEGIC SOLUTION

Leaning heavily on clean, classic branding concepts elevated the aesthetic that visitors experienced while learning about real estate offerings. Real Living Productions incorporated ultra-realistic renderings throughout the print and digital collaterals to help prospects envision the future at this one-of-a-kind property.

Most notably, Real LIving Productions created a series of online lead generation landing pages for the local market in the Dominican Republic to attract “Walk-in / On-Island” prospects, as well as campaigns in the United States and Puerto Rico.

These three landing pages, and the online marketing campaigns associated with them, generated the highest conversion of qualified prospects of all campaigns thus far. Accounting for over 16,000 visits to the landing pages and over 800 new leads in the database in 8 months – helping The Residences at Cap Cana achieve sales of over 50% of the Phase 1 properties.

To accommodate the demands of buyers across the globe, it was apparent that The Residences at Cap Cana should have a bilingual website. All aspects of the site, are displayed in both English and Spanish and visitors can transition between languages with ease, by simply clicking a “translate” button.

The enhancements to aesthetics, sophisticated lead generation tactics and providing accommodations for multiple languages, has resulted in more qualified prospects and far higher “rates of conversions” among prospects – to the extent of over 50 % of residences being sold at a property that Forbes recognized as the “Dominican Republic’s Most Expensive Real Estate Offering”.
